Eletta Musso is a sixteen-year-old girl, the only hearing child in a family of deaf parents, Caterina and Alessandro, who live with them and her brother Francesco. Every day, she helps the family communicate with the outside world and manage daily activities, playing a central role in their lives. Once her talent for singing is discovered, her teacher Giuliana encourages her to pursue a more advanced musical career, which would require her to move away from home. Eletta thus faces the challenge of balancing her dream with her family's demands.
